Based in Delft, TKI Bouw & Techniek is a company that focuses on knowledge and innovation within the construction sector. It originated as a public-private partnership between ministries, industry associations and knowledge institutions. With a strong focus on sustainability, clean technologies and efficient construction, TKI Bouw & Techniek plays a crucial role in promoting and scaling up innovations and creating an ideal ecosystem to use these innovations to address challenges in the construction sector. They focus on scaling up groundbreaking solutions for new construction, renovation and infrastructure projects. These construction projects include various phases, including design, construction and (installation) engineering. The ultimate goal is to create a CO2-neutral and future-proof built environment, by scaling up innovative solutions.

Projectomschrijving

The goal of the project is to do a market research to gain insight into how other countries in Europe can effectively implement and successfully scale up innovations. The focus is on identifying differentiating factors and best practices per country, focusing on comparing the productivity and innovativeness of the European construction sector to that of the Netherlands.

Eisen van student

This project will be carried out by one Junior Consultant. You will stay in close contact with company contacts to discuss your progress. Also a project manager of UniPartners will guide you throughout the project. You can always go to them for questions. In addition, you will need to meet the following requirements:

– You are assertive and can work independently.
– You are available 16 hours/week (availability to be absent for few weeks during holiday’s).
– You have good communicative, and analytical skills.
– You good proficiency of the English and preferably Dutch language.
– You have strong presentation skills.
– You have an interest in the construction sector.
– You have affinity with Europe.
