As a student consultant, you will work hands-on in the R&D lab of Symrise, focusing on the development and optimization of egg white purification techniques. You will be responsible for testing various purification methods, analyzing the results, and recommending the most effective approach. Lab work will take place one day per week, while preparatory tasks and report writing can be done remotely. You will also assist in sieving eggshells to achieve the desired particle size, ensuring they perform optimally in other products. Ultimately, your work will lead to a clear, practical protocol that can be directly applied in food production.
We are looking for one student consultant with a background in a technological study. The ideal candidate has laboratory experience, strong collaboration skills, and is available to work one day per week at the R&D lab in Barneveld.
